First of all Ben is a very professional and charismatic person. He is very honest if he runs into a problem he will stop the job and consult with you before he goes any further. I could not be any happier with him and the job he has done. I had many other people come out and look at the windows and either tell me they couldn't be done or their price was outrageous.
