I would go to any other hair store in the world besides this one I had the worst experience of my life here I understand that there is a no return policy on wigs that have been worn, but it was obvious that the wig that I had returned the day that I bought it was not used The man and his wife are very negative people. Don't get me wrong I loved their business but today significantly changed that. I sent a relative in there to get a color 30 faux locs, and a crochet needle, she got assistance from a worker and came back not only with the wrong color but a 4 dollar hook THAT WASNT EVEN PLACED IN THE BAG!!!! I went back to replace the hair and possibly get a refund and a crochet needle but instead they indirectly accused me of stealing. I never never never would steal something for 4 dollars.
