I am a female solo traveller and have a bike rack on the back of my motorhome. My car had a very fiddly (to put it kindly) problem and Benji was absolutely nothing but kind, patient and most of all persistent. He didn't give up until he found the solution and I'm so incredibly grateful for all the time and effort he put in.
