Yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience with this business. I went to the workshop seeking a simple service for my car. I arrived on foot with a friend, as my BMW was parked on the next street. As soon as we approached a staff member, we were immediately told to wait outside. When I explained the service I was looking for, he simply said they did not do it, turned his back, walked away, and made a comment to his colleague while laughing, as if I were a joke.
