I highly recommend checking them out as they are prompt with communication. Luke has also been very clear and informative with the communications and made it easy to collect the part and finish the purchase.
Yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience with this business. I went to the workshop seeking a simple service for my car. I arrived on foot with a friend, as my BMW was parked on the next street. As soon as we approached a staff member, we were immediately told to wait outside. When I explained the service I was looking for, he simply said they did not do it, turned his back, walked away, and made a comment to his colleague while laughing, as if I were a joke.
