Went above and beyond to help. So lovely and couldn’t have had a better experience. Also reasonable pricing especially in comparison to other workshops or BMW themselves.

The staff here are the best. I’ve been taking my M3 to them for years and they never disappoint. Today they replaced a snapped sway bar and even prioritised the job for me as it was a bit urgent. Always professional, great communication, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Huge thanks to Maxwell, Graham, and the whole team in Grey Lynn. Highly recommended.
This is not advertising, just my honest personal experience. If you really want to avoid headaches with inexperienced mechanics or car dealers with their own workshops who only care about making a quick sale, then you should take your vehicle to BM Workshop. A BMW or MINI is not the kind of vehicle you should trust to just anyone. Max and his team genuinely know these cars inside and out, and that makes a huge difference.
