Very professional work. Good communication. Easy to deal with. They can quickly and conveniently source any random BMW parts (new and used). Priced fairly. Car was also cleaned and groomed which is a nice touch.
Unfortuantely had a pretty sub par experience with BMWorkshop. I dropped the car off for a very common thrust piece issue with the F30 series and stated that I have Autosure warranty. I get told that I will have to pay 30 minutes diagnostic fee (fair enough), a couple of hours later I received a call from the tech and he advised me that the repair is going to cost me $360 + GST as the repair price for Autosure falls below my excess fee so they cannot claim it.
