Great service.
Took car to get quote for oil leak, ticking noise and key fobs not working. Charged £60 to be told exactly what i already knew and had relayed to them. Was told ticking would be cured by new drive belt, when ticking is obviously coming from top/tappet area. And then told by them who are bmw 'specialists' to take my key fob to LKM as they couldn't do anything with them. Absolute joke and robbery of £60. So having asked for a quote to fix oil leak and after several phone calls to remind them, still no quote after nearly a week... read more
Great service. Friendly staff advised me on what needs to be done. Reasonable priced with genuine BMW parts. I’m a happy costumer and will definitely come back in the future if needed. Highly recommended
