I used BM Wirral for the first time this week and what a revelation it was. Much better service than local main dealership and at sensible prices. So friendly and helpful staff engaging with their customer. They are a breath of fresh air and I will certainly be using them in future. Brilliant!
I'm surprised the service rating is 4.9. It should be at least 5.1. This is the best bmw service. Very professional, polite, and helpful staff.
