I am a grandmother who was driving alone at night when a panel of plastic came loose under my car, dragging and flapping on the highway. I pulled over at Buc-ee's in Giddings and spotted a B&M mechanic. I asked for his advice and he removed the panel and inspected the underside for leaks, damage, and safety issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, & kind - and deescalated a very stressful situation. My faith in humanity was lifted and I am enternally grateful! Very professional experience. Friendly help and Extremely fast response when I had no way to get a truck stranded they jumped on it asap. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Driver was very professional and courteous with me, he let me know he was at accident and would get to me as soon as he could. He arrived at the time frame he gave me. I appreciate him making me feel comfortable through the entire ordeal. Got me home safe, got my vehicle/Motorcycle home safe thank you so much. God bless you.
