I took my car in for alignment. They told me to replace upper control arms and bushings so it could be put into alignment. I changed both and also installed adjustable ball joints to give them the extra +3 or -3 degrees camber they needed to get the job done. Two days later they say they still can’t get it aligned couldn’t even get it on the lift even though a few days prior they had no issues getting it on the lift. I was referred by a friend. I took my vehicle in on Monday and was told that I needed a new A/C compressor. I was told to bring the vehicle back on Wednesday in the morning and it would take half a day to repair. I dropped the car off at 9:30am on Wednesday. I had to call at 4:30 PM to find out what was going on, because I hadn’t heard anything. I was told that they had been very busy and that they were going to work on my car at that point. Snapped my son's stud off while changing his tires. Then claimed it was a prior issue and wanted more money to fix it. First issue ive had here, just a larger issue in my eyes because it has to do with my child's vehicle and safety
