Major service on my F31 330i today,I am the second owner and the car had been serviced by BMT from new,so , despite the hour drive each way , I decided to continue with them. Michael was very helpful and explained everything that had been done—,luckily no nasty surprises!, The car had been washed and vacuumed for pick up. Will definitely continue with them.
Ling and William were exceptional pleasant to deal with. Communication was excellent, my car was looked after meticulously. pricing was very fair and they even cleaned my car! Car comes out washed and usually a good result. Other than the receptionist the people are hard to deal with.
