It felt like... they went and did more then what they needed to. I came here for a secondary opinion on something I was quoted very high on. These people literally saved me thousands of dollars. I loved the communication and education... that has always been important to me and with the explanation I was given I can now deter certain issues jumping up again. I do recomend.

Michael was my service manager and he was very transparent and thorough and even gave me some items at no cost. I have a BMW and they have this great system connected to BMW where you place your key on a pad it comes up with green and red, red being what hasn't been serviced. Now Michael said you need a major service and I was like "How much?" it was abit more than I wanted to pay but going in I also thought I had the service done a year ago but to my surprise it was actually 2023 since the last service, I hardly drive it.
