We had an excellent experience with B and M Roofing. Jay O’Dell went above and beyond to inform us of all the options we had and was our advocate in dealing with our insurance company . The job was done within the exact time frame we were given . The cost was exactly as quoted . Once the job was complete , our yard was left spotless . I cannot recommend this company enough !!! This was a major replacement, including all decking, underlayment, and shingles on my two story house. Mr. ODell provided invaluable guidance and direct assistance from start to finish. We just had a full roof replacement with charcoal Timberline HDZ shingles. Our salesman, Jay, went over all of our shingle options and answered all of our questions, including warranty and workmanship. Jay even met me at a house they had previously done so that I could see what the roof color looked like with the shingles we chose. B&M just finished our roof. This is an older home so it needed everything. It looks fantastic!! Jay went above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. He did the research with the insurance company and handled much of the process that was stressing us out. Other roof companies in the area inspected our roof and offered lower grade materials and wanted more money than what we paid with B&M.
