We contracted B&M Painting Cleaning to prep and paint our house. The contract was very vague, we were supposed to pay for the paint and Peel Stop, which was not stated on the original contract. She changed the contract after we wanted to take the cost of the paint and Peel Stop off of the total cost of the project, and after we said No to giving her more money before the house was finished. We hired this company to stain our pergola and they left us with more work then before they started. There was no attemp to stain the top of the pergola and told us they normally don't do the top, drip marks,blotchy stain marks, missed areas of stain, drips marks on our new decking, stain on our gutters, stain drips on our curbing, and they kept asking for more money. We did not have the confidence in them to fix or finish the job so we let them go.

called in july, got quote, agreed, finished outside work first, mailed last of march, said next week mon, mailed mon, one worker was sick, come tues, did show up then, stayed in office with dog, when they left for day found they took curtains down in one room, only that one, took down light cover, no others, found pop can on dryer, then in kitchen found an unopened bottle of water, from my frig, paint splatter on floors, they put plastic in my garbage, mailed wed, one was sick again, finished job, left more splatter, then le... read more
