Excellent service, installed a replacement evaporative cooler within a week of requesting it. After 2 months we had a water leak and they came out the next day to repair, turned out the leak was from an existing pipe and not from their previous work. Will be utilising services again without question.
BM Heating and Cooling were prompt, professional and friendly. We are very pleased with our new system.

Had fault with my ducted heater and I emailed them. From the very start, quick communication straight back. Lady on the phone was very helpful. And the tech tgat came out, rang prior (as was promised) and attended when he said he would. Fixed quickly and no issues at all with him. Polite and knowledgable. The price was what I would expected. Overall, very happy.
