We had BM Heating & Cooling take care of a recent upgrade to our domestic system. They replaced a broken evaporative cooler and inefficient gas heating with a combined reverse cycle ducted system. The install was clean, fast and all rebates were taken care of on our behalf. Highly recommend them to anyone else.
Had a great experience working with Ben and the team at BM Heating and Cooling. They gave priority to our installation and completed installation of 5 split systems on the same day. Ben was very good at explaining the entire process, which made it easy to understand and stress‑free. Overall, it was a very smooth experience from getting the quote through to the final installation. Highly recommended.
I had these guys replace my mothers ducted heater and they were very professional from start to end. They won't be beaten on price and workmanship. Would highly recommend.
EDIT 13/03/26: After Ben personally came out on the 18/02 after business hours to give us a quote and to apologise. We've reviewed his offer with other quotes we've received, considering it being a big expense and we've decided to proceed with BM Heating & Cooling for the works, not because of the quoted price (with the goodwill discount) but on the promise that we'll get a great product & service.
