Ben replaced my Mum's Gas Wall Furnace and he went above and beyond to complete the job as it didn't go as first planned due to the original heater being older. He therefore had to replace piping through to the roof and also make the heater fit in the place of the old unit. He did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the result. We had a dead gas ducted heating system that needed replacement. Ben inspected, quoted and installed all within 24 hours. Amazing service, would recommend and will use again.
What a great installation by Ben & Ngor. Installed Mitsubishi Bronte 8.0kW split system and no hiccups, all super easy and all working fine. In and out in 3 hours and all left nice and clean. Wynnette did all the compliance paperwork and everything recorded with Mitsubishi. I was delighted. No headaches for me. Can't praise the team enough.
Very professional and fantastic workmanship - the best I have seen so far in Australia. Even Wynnette at the reception was efficient enough to arrange a quick payment processing over the weekend via mobile. Go for them if you need anything regarding ACs - sincerely recommended.
