Horrible service. Forgot my appointment and actually tries to convince you that they're doing you a favor by coming out at the agreed upon day. Still waiting after 5 hours and several phone calls. Do yourself a favor and request Lowe's use a different contractor for your carpeting if possible. Or better yet, don't use Lowe's at all.
hate to say I had a horrible experience with purchasing carpet for my stairs from this loews, the problem started right from the beginning after the stairs were measured I could not get someone at the store to give me a price, finally after about two weeks I got a price and scheduled a date for installation. The day of the install the installers began by telling me they didn't have enough carpet and the job was too tedious after me paying 420.00 for the carpet install when the carpet itself was only 370.00 ok so here we go t... read more
