Malcom and Britney are the best. Malcom went above and beyond my expectations with his quality of work. And Britney’s communication from the front desk can’t be beat. It’s safe to say I will be bringing my VWs here for any and all repairs/maintenance going forward.
I had a great experience with Malcom and Britney. The repairs they did far exceeded my expectations. They were super knowledgeable about VW's and experienced on what need to be repaired on my TDi. They made the process easy doing the repairs around my work schedule and having flexible drop off and pick up times. I will definitely be coming back again for any future repairs.
I heard about this shop from a VW owner I met at a Walmart parking lot. Reached out to him in the middle of the holidays, had a timely appointment for a water pump/timing belt job on a TDI, and had it back same day. Malcolm is one of the most knowledgeable and passionate technicians I’ve ever met. Fair prices, great service.
