Amazingly accommodating and very knowledgeable and friendly
Ben and staff are truly committed to the customer experience. The repairs on my TDI were carried out as diagnosed and per the original estimate, the communication from Ben along the way was exceptional. Thank you!

Ben did a great job catching my B5 S4 up to speed on its maintenance and keeping an eye an out for additional needed repairs. Communication was great, check out was easy, and I picked up my vehicle well informed on what to look out for, while feeling confident in the time and attention it received. 10/10
Five stars isn't enough. I had fairly high expectations as a new customer and they exceeded those expectations by miles. Aside from being honest, extremely knowledgeable and fair...Ben is just good people. It is rare in this day and age to find anyone willing to go above and beyond but he did and some. I wouldn't dream of taking my Audi anywhere else going forward. I couldn't recommend BM Autowerks enough.
