We have had several poor experiences with BMW dealership servicing, being overcharged, inability/unwillingness to fix issues, and even attempts to charge us for unnecessary parts. BM Autowerks has been consistently super friendly and highly knowledgeable. We have taken three cars to them now and have always been treated so well, cannot recommend enough!

I don't think I would trust my E46 anywhere else! Leo and John really know what they are doing when it comes to these cars. Always friendly and excellent to deal with, their thorough attention to detail when it comes to diagnosing and explaining problems is second to none, i'm sure ill keep bringing my car here for years to come. As a newer BMW owner it really feels good to know that a shop like this is around the corner Thanks
