Extremely rude. I am giving it one star because zero star is not an option. I would never never go there again.
When I moved to the area, I asked around for a good mechanic, and the overwhelming response was B&M. I can see why. Straightforward, no BS, fair prices, and quality work.
Both Bruce and Mark are great. Kind guys, great service, I trust them to tell me what's wrong. Even when there isn't anything wrong, when I thought my breaks were bad they told me out right there is nothing to fix they are great, feel free to come back anytime and we will check. When I call they always get me in. they are very trustworthy.
