Walked in and spoke to the receptionist. She was nice enough, we were asking about how they do payments and financing. She asked about our jobs, where we live, etc. About that time, a man walks in who she says was the owner and had final say. He asked about our vehicle. It's a little ugly, but it runs fine. He asked why we hadn't gotten it repaired if we had insurance. I told him all the damage left is superficial stuff that doesn't effect how it runs and we have priorities.
