I had initially taken my Honda to a local dealership. It was in need of some fairly pricy repairs. I was feeling price gouged and taken advantage of so I paid their exorbitante diagnostic fee and left. I wound up at B & M. They were friendly, listened to my needs and then met them. It was still costly, not much they could do about the price of parts except not gouge me for them. I called B & M Auto after my cooling system started leaking. They said they could get me in right away. I drove down and they pressure tested-my radiator was done. They quoted me reasonably, plus were able to get the radiator right away, which was important because I needed my van to haul my kiddos around. Since I was there, I asked to get my motor mounts checked as the dealer had said they were bad previously. They were bad and they were able to replace those as well.
