I gave them the benefit of the doubt now, as I have taken vehicles there in the past (10yrs ago) and wasn't happy with the results. I was desperate for some help with diagnosing a problem with my car, and the lack of communication is astounding. No calls when my car was being kept overnight, no calls when they found out what was wrong. Just bought EXPENSIVE parts that are 4× the price of normal, trying to take advatage of customers. Wendell & Brett did a stereo install for me. They did an excellent job and have been very helpful with other projects. The owner is a great guy and the crew make you feel like family. Also, you will not beat their prices anywhere!
