I've been living here for a while, the place is marvelous. Mustafa the building manager and his wife are doing a great job keeping everything in order and a good shape, they are literally all over the place. They're always very helpful, undestanding, and willing to give their all to the tenants, regardless of their backgrounds, ethnicity, or religion. Today I had an interaction with one of the tenants which was quite discomforting. This lady stopped me and talked to me for 20 mins only because she heard me speaking in Arabic... read more
This building is very well managed. Mustafa, the building manager is always around. Building is clean and organized and during winter the pathways and sidewalks are always clear of snow. Maintenance requests are dealt in a easy and fast manner. I really like living here.
I lived at 790 for a little over 5yrs and was a great experience from move in to move out. Clean facilities inside and out. I had the pleasure of Mustafa being my building manger for most my stay. Who was always pleasant and helpful. Even after I moved out I had an auto reorder to my previous unit and I called and he graciously held onto it until I was able to swing by to pick it up. Thanks Again Mustafa! I would highly recommend this Drewlo building.
Overall: 2/5 (Based on over one year experience) The building itself: 3/5 Pretty modern building at great location, able to find nearly everything inside the building, well designed room. Sometimes can hear the neighbors’s noise and hard to find a parking spot Building manager: 1/5 Mustafa is a horrible building manager. He constantly sells the rent opportunities to outside rent agents. If you call him directly, no empty rooms, but if you pay the outside agents 1.8k and call him, there will be rooms for you.
