I stopped here while traveling with my daughter who was in pain and needed an ankle brace. While they did have what we needed, I was shocked they had no public restroom. For a pharmacy that serves customers who may be sick, injured, or traveling, refusing a basic facility feels irresponsible. The staff weren’t sympathetic either, and I was sent to Food Lion just to use the restroom. Disappointing experience.
Staff are exceptional and helpful without being asked. Had exactly what I needed and I was in and out in under 5 minutes.
To Janet and David Thames and the Staff of Blythewood Pharmacy: You can do better. You should do better. Over a year ago, I left a one-star review for Blythewood Pharmacy (no words, just the rating) after repeated issues with a prescription. Shortly after, someone from the pharmacy contacted my doctor and said my prescription would not be filled because of the review.
