Live in Blythewood Farms... and its trash look. Horse trailer in people's yards.. hard to drive through neighborhood due to million cars parked in the tiny roads. HOA lets older homes get pitiful looking.. homeowners take no pride or value in their homes. Just miserable looking driving through.
Do not buy a GSH. They are not good GCs. The quality is abhorrent. There’s not a square, flat, plumb spot in my whole house- nor my neighbors. They treat their homeowners like idiots- even when they are construction professionals. Two years in and I’m still finding things done incorrectly and GSH owns none of it. Legalese covers their tails.
