Highly recommend, Great Southern Homes are an excellent builder whom stand behinds their products!
Bought a brand new house and got a backyard of dirt and about 1/3 grass. I was told you only get a certain amount of grass per square foot but no other home in the neighborhood has this problem. The HOA is good at collecting money but not good at getting cars off the street for months on end or controlling the constant weed smoking in the neighborhood. Not the best place to raise a family especially for what the houses cost.
