Dr Grabowski was an excellent caring doctor. All of her staff (accept one) and her are no longer there. The people that replaced her and all but one of her staff members are terrible. I had an appointment was sitting there for over 30 min. A walk in comes in that’s still filling out of his forms they take him on back before they did me. And I was a regular patient and had already paid my co pay and was just waiting to go on back. Very unprofessional. We've dropped this clinic as primary care. They order unnecessary tests, intentionally use out-of-network labs and other resources, and provide no assistance or recourse when patients are encumbered with denied insurance claims. New patient enrollment seems to consist of a concurrent presumptive, and definitive drug test - which Blue Cross Blue Shield advises is an uncommon practice, and deems medically unnecessary. I do NOT recommend. Poor all around. Terrible customer service. I recently went to this doctors office. It was a terrible experience. I have not had a primary care physician in a while. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The office called me less than 24hrs in advance to cancel my appointment due to their miss communication on history. It took 2 1/2 hours to be done. Do NOT become a patient at this place. They are frauds. My daughter can attest to this. They will give you incorrect test results by ordering wrong test. A new doctor's office ordered same test from same lab on same dates and test were completely different. My daughter has suffered greatly from not getting her medications. You can delete this post all you want. I will be posting on Facebook, and being a longtime resident here in Blythewood the word of this office and how they operate will get around.

This doctor's office and the whole Lagniappe doctors offices have given me the worst care out of all doctors offices that I have ever been to. They do not care about their patients at all. I have had trouble getting my depression medication from them and went over there twice just to hear them say that they called in the prescription but when I went to my pharmacist they said they did not ever receive a prescription.
