I can't say enough positive things about the quality of this doghouse. Ricky and Kim was incredible and the customer service was top notch. I'm from up north and neither I or my girl Remy like a lot of heat, so this is a must. Remy doesn't like being in the house all of the time, so this allows her to comfortably and safely play outside. Quality materials are used to construct these houses. They turn out beautifully and are well insulated. I can’t say anything bad about these houses except they take longer than expected to receive and the heater doesn’t come with Bluetooth connectivity nor does it come with a remote controller. Thankfully, we were able to find the exact same heater on Amazon for $145 that does come with the Bluetooth capability and it will also let you know the current temperature inside the house at all times which is a plus. I bought the cool cat cottage for outside feral cats. It is beautifully and sturdily constructed. It is a wonderful shelter to offer homeless cats to stay warm in the winter. The owners and builders are great people and can be depended on for a quality product. They were very helpful In securing it on my truck for a safe transport.
