We work weekends and holidays and have equipment replacements like pumps and heaters in stock for same-day repair. Stay far away from this company. We paid for weekly service, yet we were luck if they showed up 2-3 times per month. They destroyed my mailbox, I guess it’s my problem. They billed us for no authorized repairs, with no explanation of what those repairs were (if they were even done). They never responded when we asked what we were being billed for.
