Brian and Nick were both outstanding and represent why I only use Blythe for all utility/mechanical work. Thorough. Diligent. Responsive. Quick turn times. Expert Service. Blythe, Brian and Nick are the real deal. The quality and timeliness of their work is why I don't consider other contractors or worry about other bids. I know the job is getting done right, fast, and at a price I trust.
We had what I thought was a leaky water heater that was at the end of it's warranty. They sent out their tech, Vince to verify a leaking tank. After inspecting the tank and running some tests Vince determined the issue was a failing pressure valve at our water supply. He had the everything he needed in his truck and had it replaced in under an hour. His service was excellent and dispatcher Judy was very helpful setting up the meeting. Blythe did a great job and I will use them again if an issue arises.
I have used Blythe a couple of times now. They have been extremely responsive and good to work with. I had a complete failure of a water heater that had some complicating factors with how it was installed and they handled it quickly and professionally. Thank you
Vince from Blythe was very professional fixed our toilet very promptly. The charge for the fix was very fair. Definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs.
