When I signed up the people were friendly and welcoming. I had high hopes. But then the gate was not working for weeks at a time, stuck open. Weird for a ‘secured’ storage place to often be unsecured. I didn’t really think too hard about it because there are cameras and security. Well, I got a call one morning saying my unit had been broken into. I meet the officers and staff up there and sure enough someone had gone through all of personal ‘secure’ things and took what they wanted. Now a month later and I’m still struggling... read more
