Office staff was excellent.. The process of getting in was excellent, after I rented a space to park my boat it was hit while on the property. I asked the manager to check the cameras and to send an email to the tenants to see if anyone saw the person that damaged the boat. I was parked at the front entrance so there was a good chance that someone saw or the cameras on the property captured the footage of the incident. The manager DID NOT CHECK WITH THE TENANTS and advised Huntersville PD that she didn't have any footage of ... read more
