Recommending Brody was the best thing Grand Design did for us. It was also about the only time they did anything in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about BLVN RV. Brody was awesome. He answered the phone when I called. No awkward voice machine mesage. He was quick to respond to our desperate situation (AC went out in 95 degree heat). He was professional, quick diagnose, located and picked up part, and installed it.
