Ordered window/door package in October 2024 Almost every single item received to date is deficient and not code compliant. Business is not responding to voicemails or phone calls. Hands down the worst trade contractor I have ever engaged would recommend steering clear.
If i could give zero stars I would. The owner (James) asked us to do some door finishing (painting) for his company, which he needed as a "rush" service, we ended up dropping other things to help him out and get it done right away and we were never paid for the job. They continue to ignore our calls/emails and requests for payment. Avoid this business at all costs, I have heard through other contractors that they are going out of business. Very disappointing way to do business.
Do not use this compamy until they get their house in order!! Went to Home Depot to go about getting a new exterior door in June 2024. Door was picked and purchased by July. Initially, the company that came out was Active Exteriors but BLVD either bought this company or had a name chane. There were constant delays in manufacturing and I wasn't getting any suitable replies or updates. Finally, I went to cancel the order but, miraculously, the door had just been finished. Blvd Windows and Doors (hired through Home Depot) was tasked with completing a window upgrade of 3 windows in my basement in Edmonton. The work order was signed off on November 13, 2024 but the installation didn't take place until April 16th - 6 months after the signing date. To me, that's way too long with 3 months being the average time. Communication was poor also. Ordered window and doors through home depot. Ordered and paid in July 2024 and still no door or window installed. Don't receive call backs, have to call them for follow ups. After talking to someone they promise to call back within 2-3 days and nothing. Also they have gone thru several employees thus why we have to call and follow up. Not sure what is going on with this company, but I would stay far away from them.
