Their property management company just took over my apartment complex and one of their maintenance persons ended up throwing away some of my personal belongings and when inquiring about it they had no type of remorse or any type of trying to replace my item. What makes it worse is that they didn't even notify me that they were the ones that threw it away. I had to go hunting for it.
