I have been a patient of this office since 2021, in that time I have seen 3 different dentists with Dr King been the last one I saw. Hygienist is nice, front desk is nice, Dr King is nice enough but I’m giving 1 star because in June I went to see Dr King to get a bonding between my teeth removed to start with my Invisalign treatment. Dr King removed the bonding and told me everything looked okay and good luck with Invisalign, I payed $87 dollars. Appointment scheduled months ahead. Text messaged received earlier today reminding me of appointment. Arrive at location and no one is here, doors are locked and no response when calling them. Update your hours if you’re not going to be here on your posted hours.
Dr. King and her staff are great! They’re very thorough and do a good job of highlighting any concerns and available treatment options. Their equipment and technology are up to date, and they do not seem to be limited in treatment options due to older equipment. They’re also flexible on referrals for more advanced work, including referring to practices outside the BLVD chain.
I had a great experience here. The hygienist, N Han, and Doctor King were both very nice. I will definitely be back.
Been going here since we moved to the OF area in 2021. I’ve always received excellent care and service! Would definitely recommend!
