I have been a longtime patient of this practice and previously left a five-star review because I genuinely had excellent experiences with the former dentist and hygienist team. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very different. Since the change in providers/team, I have noticed a decline in both the patient experience and the quality of care. Everything seemed amiss at this dental office. The receptionist was engrossed in anything else, failing to provide any assistance. The nurse, with her long nails and chewing gum, couldn’t properly secure the protection bag onto the teeth scanner. The doctor, short on time, couldn’t explain the procedure in simple terms, resorting instead to unfamiliar medical jargon. To top it off, the price list at the exit posed questions to the person who created it, raising doubts about the legitimacy of this dental office.
