I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Boulevard Cars. I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC300 from them on February 3, 2026, and the car had serious issues from day one. While driving, the vehicle jerks and suddenly loses speed — a clear safety concern that should never happen in a properly inspected car. I went all the way to Richmond to see a vehicle I was genuinely interested in. As soon as I mentioned the car, the salesperson "Max" told me I had arrived just in time and that another buyer would be coming in an hour, so if I liked the car I could put down a deposit right away. I took the car for a test drive, liked it, and told him I was ready to move forward with the deposit.
