Booked an appointment online for 4.30pm; appointment confirmed - arrived early and shop was locked up and no one there. No explanation or note on door, no notice to me. Wasted afternoon. Very poor experience
Used to love this place, but recently the opening hours have been all over the place. I just arrived at 3.15 on Sunday and was turned away because they were closing, the week before I arrived at 10:30am on a weekday and they were closed. If I could actually get a haircut I’m sure I would rate a 5 star again.. but 😢
im sure all the other barbers are great but i had the young bloke with the long curly hair, best haircut i have ever got this place is amazing props to him and the whole crew great job definately coming back next time im in sydney
