If you are reading these reviews to make a decision on where to move in and where to not then please listen to me DO NOT move here. The staff is horrible. They will smile at your face to get you to move in then after you’re in your don’t matter. Your issues and concerns will not be addressed. Anything that requires them to pay for their part they will get out of. We are current active residents and they have done this is many times and the biggest being making us pay $4200 for rent after we move out. We won’t be living there... read more
After living here for over 5 years, I can honestly say this has been the absolute worst place I've ever lived. It was once a joy to live here, but all of the positives have been long gone and eclipsed by the daily nightmare that is living at the BLVD. I moved out with zero furniture due to it all having to be destroyed as a result of a horrific pest control issue that I just couldn't keep out of my apartment so long as the problem was coming from outside of it.
