I mistakenly booked a toner appt for my first time at B. Luxe when I needed a full foil before my 50th. Grace J. had only an hour and a half because of my mistake and did not disappoint. She was calm, poised and enlisted the help of Sam D. to do enough foils to make me feel my best (I have a lot of hair). Grace did a beautiful cut, color and blow out. I’m very excited to go back for the full Monty.

I love this salon! This was my third visit with Heather for a hair piece. Heather is a caring & knowledgeable person. She makes her clients feel comfortable, especially when we are dealing with hair loss. She helped me feel confident and attractive again. I am so happy for her expertise! Thank you!!

I went to Lux because I have been growing my hair out from a low fade for over 6 months and wanted to have some long layers put in to remove some of the weight and to clean up some split ends. I distinctly said I didn’t want any length taken off just wanted a clean up of the ends! What I got was an inexperienced 20 year old girl with no idea how to section out men’s hair that chopped 6 inches off the back of my head using one horizontal layer across the back side middle of my head leaving the bottom split ends untouched! I had my first appointment at b.LUXE yesterday with Morgan, and I’ll definitely be back! First, the vibe at b.LUXE is great. All of the girls were joking around and laughing the whole time, the music was on point and the decor is chic. It’s the kind of atmosphere you actually look forward to coming back to.
