My wife and I moved in here about 2 years ago. We operate a sweet little space called Playgrounded. BluWater has been so very helpful in letting us really run with a creative idea for multiple different offerings out of our space from yoga and movement, breast work and healing, even live stand-up comedy shows! Sometimes you need to give credit where credit is due. Living here is like dating someone way out of your league—mostly amazing, occasionally infuriating, and definitely a conversation starter. Management is surprisingly responsive—like, “Wow, you actually replied to my maintenance request before I forgot I submitted it” responsive. Big ups for that. My neighbors?
