BluWater Crossing is classy, comfortable, and close enough to the beach that flip-flops practically count as formalwear. The whole community has a relaxed coastal feel, and coming home genuinely feels like being on vacation 24/7. Every now and then, the train comes flying through late at night like a bat out of hell, horn blasting as if nobody noticed the train tracks. But honestly, it just adds a little character to an already great place. Beautiful location, great atmosphere, and an easy five stars.
Sometimes you need to give credit where credit is due. Living here is like dating someone way out of your league—mostly amazing, occasionally infuriating, and definitely a conversation starter. Management is surprisingly responsive—like, “Wow, you actually replied to my maintenance request before I forgot I submitted it” responsive. Big ups for that. My neighbors? Bluwater Crossing is truly one of those rare little diamonds west of the 5 in Southern California. The location is hard to beat, with convenient access to the 5 and 78, and just a short walk to the beach. The live/work loft concept is unique, the spaces are thoughtfully designed, and the whole property has a feel that is both elevated and comfortable. We have lived here for nearly four years. The current property management team, led by Isabella, is fantastic. Extremely responsive and quickly on top of any issues that arise. The residents are, by and large, a tight-knit group of like minded entrepreneurs. We love it here!
I cannot begin to express how much of a positive experience I had working with the staff of Bluwater Crossing. The entire team have been such a pleasure to work with. Isabella, the property manager was so knowledgeable and kind during my move it, something I have never experienced before. She was extremely professional and I couldn't be happier to call Bluewater home.
