Please reconsider when booking with Bluvista. We had booked a vacation rental for a group of friends to Ocean City. We had been incredibly upfront and communicative prior to booking, the host had then confirmed the booking. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication on the host’s part which required our group to cancel the booking very shorty after he confirmed the booking. Definitely reconsider booking with Bluvista Vacation Rental! I have never experienced such a nightmare of a host. We attempted to rent a house in OCMD a few months ago for a group of friends. What started with a simple misunderstanding from the host, turned into a disaster, despite us being incredibly upfront and communicative prior to booking. John was amazing handling an ac problem we encountered in one of their managed properties. I highly recommend this management company.
John and his team made our vacation a true blessing and turned our seemingly disastrous trip to Ocean City Maryland around quickly! John was able to accommodate our family of 5 and a dog within just a few hours of arriving in O.C.M. @ Seaside Village 204 a brand new beautiful building just minutes to anything you could imagine. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, excellent kitchen area, air conditioning worked perfectly, great pool area. John was great and I highly recommend using BluVista Vacation Rentals!
DO NOT book any sort of rental property with this group because they are a scam. When we reached out to their team with questions regarding a property, they gave us inaccurate information and then tried to penalize us financially. We spoke with John M. from the company and he was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Due to JOHN'S mistake, we attempted to cancel our trip within an hour of booking.
