Gave them a deposit 6months ago. They have not returned any if my calls and no windows either.
This company is a scam. They just show up, steal your deposit and then disappear. Do not use them under any circumstances
I paid for windows to be replaced they took my deposit and closed their company ran out of town and I’m out 1,000 dollars. No windows done at all they are theives
I ordered windows in November 2021 gave them a hefty deposit. the contract states they were supposed to be installed in February 22. I tried calling them in April and they told me that the windows were ordered but there was a problem with the manufacturer getting parts. I tried to reach them every day for the last two weeks and they don’t pick up the phone and it goes to voicemail. I’ve left several messages on different extensions and nobody has called me back. We signed a contract on September of 2021; and we are still waiting repair and rework due to poor installation. We have contacted the regional manager approximately 6 times and questioned the new order and rework and still nothing. We will never complete our installation project nor recommend this company.
