Kendall Strachen did EXCELLENT job. Not like I wanted a poopy floor situation but he was honest and straight forward. My apt complex has called me zero times and just "pasing the problem". Kendall was honest and stuck in the middle. Polite and professional to me and my dad with dementia and that helped for 1 bdrm 1 bath apt. Thank you.

Where do I begin. This was a horrible experience. A job that they said would take them 3 weeks took almost 2 months. The biggest reason for this is after the 3 weeks I was lucky to see one person a week at my property. I had to call ask what was going on everytime they never followed up to make sure that their people were doing what they said they were doing. I already had to tell them.
