BluSky came in and, instead of guessing and tearing out all the tile, took a deliberate approach: they cut small inspection holes to check the damage, then did leak testing that pinpointed the source to the shower floor. That let them scope the job down to just the shower and save me a lot of unnecessary demo and cost. Very efficient and professional team. Bill Leet and his crew worked with and around my schedule and staff so patients would not have to be moved. The remediation and subsequent repairs were completed on time with great efficiency. Bill is a perfectionist and I appreciated his eye for the smallest detail: the office looks great!
I have called and used BluSky for (2) water intrusion events that have occurred in my condo in DTLV. Exceptional customer service. The team arrived promptly each time. They have the latest moisture reading technology equipment, and can easily detect problems. The team and I had a really fun group chat going. I wish I could call these guys to come into my unit and do all the home improvement projects I need done lol 10/10. Highly recommend.
