This was my very first bridal dress appointment - and it has set the standard pretty high. Valentina is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated her recommendations and the information she provided on the dresses I tried on, as well as how I could have them altered to suit what I wanted. Valentina was incredible she knew exactly what I wanted and helped find the perfect dress for me. It was the first place I went and it was beautiful very clean and had a great selection. I loved that the appointment was private and very curated for me which shows that Valentina puts a lot of effort and care in to each of her appointments. Wonderful Customer Service experience!! Valentina has gone above and beyond for me with my wedding in two weeks!! She got me the dress sample so fast matter of fact in 3 days! And I live in FLORIDA!! So far away, even though I never stepped foot into her boutique her expertise about gowns help me pick the right one! With just my measurements and style I liked she had the perfect dress for me!
