Horrible experience. Cut my hair wayyyy too short. Not what was originally agreed. Wanted a deeper copper/brunette hair, and I got highlighter orange. Had to get it dyed the next day cause I was so embrassed to see anyone. Lost months of hair growth that I’d been trying to grow out. The hairdresser did whatever she wanted and not what I wanted at all. Worst experience I’ve had at a hairdressers. Do not recommend. Will never be returning
