Made an appointment, the person who was gonna watch my baby while I went, backed out on me so I needed to reschedule. i called 3xtimes left voicemails and sent 2x messages trying to reschedule. I got no callback and got charged a no call no show 50% fee .

It was my first time getting wax . And she made me feel comfortable.She explained everything. The whole process and after care. We laughed and chatted the whole time! Very personable! I booked my next appt before leaving.
