Used to come here all the time for BIAB and pedicure in shellac. However, this last month I tried acrylics and it was the worst mistake. When I came in to get them taken off, the older lady who seemed to be in charge, RIPPED THE ACRYLICS OFF. My nails ended up destroyed and so damaged. I asked her if she didn’t need to soak them before doing that (as I have got acrylics removed before in another salon) and she said that way was “quicker”. I love this nail salon the service are very good and the staff are very nice highly recommended
When the salon first opened it was great, but now the service is really disappointing. The nail technician cut me twice with the electric file and even filed into the skin on my fingers, leaving my cuticles bleeding. The acrylic application felt rushed, with product left under my nails and no proper cleanup, and no base coat was used before shellac. Outrageous pricing. $150 BUT I got ONLY colour + design? No manicure, no builder gel, no acrylic, no shellac, just colour and design on my NATURAL NAIL. And there were some elements of the design that had questionable pricing (i.e. a “blush” in the middle which wasn’t visible in the final design costed $20) and also charging $5 per diamond on my nail (there were about 10 that I got - didn’t even warn me that it would cost per diamond… that’s $50 for 10 INDIVIDUAL NAIL ART DIAMONDS LOL) I’d get it if it was real LOL but these... read more
