I never truly felt welcome here. I primarily worked with a staff member named Leslie. In my experience, she was often very set in her ways and didn't seem open to accommodating client preferences. For example, when I requested acrylic nails, she told me, "No, I'm going to use polygel because it's easier for me." That interaction left an impression on me because it felt like my preferences weren't being considered. I booked an appointment pretty last minute for the first time at this place and it exceeded my expectations, John is amazing at What he does, very detail oriented and swift!!!

I had a really disappointing experience at Blush Nail Bar with Dana. It was my first time getting a manicure, and I clearly mentioned that—but she didn’t explain the process at all or communicate with me during the service. While the pedicure was okay, the gel “manicure” was extremely poor. My nails were cut much shorter than what I had shown, and not even shaped properly. I have been going to Blush for years for my nails and have had very many nail techs. You will never find a salon that makes you feel more comfortable and welcome than Blush! Today I had a great experience with John - I was the last appointment of the day and he was there later than all the other techs , but he still took his time and did my nails like I was the first appointment of the day.
