horrible experience. i asked for a specific design with an inspo pic and what she did was nothing like the picture, when i asked to switch she said it was already done and my only option was to keep the same color (all said with attitude and immediate conversion in another language). as a paying and tipping customer, i would expect to be able to have an accommodation to be able to be happy with my experience, especially for something that takes about a minute to drill off and switch. i just wish the customer service and care... read more
I’ve been a customer for 3 years and I always leave with the best nails! I get so many compliments too!!
I am very disappointed with the service I received. My nails were done very poorly, and none of them are the same shape. Every nail looks different, and the overall result is uneven and unprofessional. I paid for a quality service, but this is not what I expected.
