I have been coming to this salon for years for manicures and pedicures and have only had good experiences until my most recent pedicure. I am the client that never complains about anything even if I dislike the shape of my nails, or if they cut my nails too short/long or even if the UV light is burning me. I have been a loyal customer at this salon since it opened in booking over 20 appointments for myself and my two daughters. Typically, I am satisfied with my visits and know what to expect in terms of pricing and care. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I booked a nail fill with design for an hour and 20 minutes, but was charged an additional $20 for the design, $5 for extra colors, $5 to shape and level my nails, and another $5 for a small chip that didn’t require a nail replacement.
