Just so for everyone to know my fiend last post. She was a walk in. So I am not sure how they able to get the names. They never asked us for our names. We came in for a pedicure hoping to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. Requested a pedicure, was not asked which one I preferred, and was not advised it would be the most expensive pedicure on the menu. The technician was not well trained in the pedicure. Three different creams were randomly smoothed on my legs, one at a time, then rinsed off and the next one applied. The creams were never applied to my feet and there was no leg or foot massage. I love how clean this spa is. I watched my esthetician open a new pack of tools right in front of me, which is important to me! Adrien did a fabulous job and gave a great foot massage. I will be back!
