I booked an appointment on June 16 at 2:10 PM for an eyebrow lamination, tint, and wax with Kelly. She let the wax sit for too long and ripped off the skin on the top and bottom of my eyebrow. The brow lamination caused a severe allergic reaction on my face, and three days later, hives started to appear by my eyebrow. I had severe itching, redness, and swelling around the area. I saw Erin for the first time for sugaring. All I can say is WOW! What an amazing change compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. I’ve been getting sugared for a few years and had to find a new sugarist. I was nervous about going to someone new but Erin made my experience nothing short of phenomenal. She made me so comfortable that even the conversation came so natural and the time flew by. Absolutely thrilled to now be a long term customer of Erin’s. Went today and had a permanent jewelry session done. What should have been 15 minutes turned into over 30 minutes just for my bracelet and just over 15 minutes for my daughters. Then over $200 later we got out of there. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
