My mother went to this place today. She asked the women to give her layers and instead the lady cut her hair the way she wanted not what my mother asked for. My mother then told her she didn’t want any more length cut off and the lady proceeds to grab some of her hair and make a big cut. At which point my mother got up and left. We are asking for a refund and letting people know that this lady only knows one haircut and will cut hair the way she wants not what you want.
Been going to Eliana for years, always does a great job!! Me and my daughter always schedule with her from cut to color.
My regular beautician Cynthia Bowden recently joined the team at this salon! The location is super easy to find! Environment is relaxing! And there is multiple other ladies that could take care of your needs here as well!
My first visit was a success. Roxann did an awesome job and was very friendly.
